Conference registration fees

After 15 September, 2007                 EUR 600

These rates include:

  • Cost of registration for the full conference (October 15 & 16)
  • Welcome reception on October 14
  • Coffee breaks and lunches on October 15 & 16
  • Conference dinner on October 15
  • Shuttle bus to and from the city centre
  • Admission to the Zentrum Paul Klee (museum) exhibition area for the duration of the conference
  • Guided tour of the Paul Klee collections

Hotel reservation
Rooms have been reserved at special rates in several hotels from October 14 to October 17, 2007. A list can be found on the registration form.

If you are planning to arrive before October 14 or to extend you stay after October 17, please contact info@bern-incoming.ch or call ++41 31 385 20 20

Please note that the Conference diner will take place at the Hotel Allegro.

Cancellation and refunds
Persons cancelling on or before August 31, 2007 will receive a full refund minus 10% of the total amount. For cancellation requests made after August 31, 2007 the cancellation fee will amount to 25% of the total sum. All cancellations must be in writing (e-mails accepted). No refunds will be granted after 25 September 2007 or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the conference after registering, you can send someone in your place. The replacement person’s name and contact information must be submitted in writing to info@icgr2007.org before October 7.
